Really proud of NOTCOT.org, one of my favourite websites, for taking a stand on PIPA/SOPA today that stays true to the design, doesn’t cripple functionality, and informs without frustrating.
Bravo.
Government regulation is usually an attempt to fix one of two things.
Positive government regulation attempts to fix negative impact of business on society, or negative impact of society on individuals.
Negative government regulation attempts to fix negative impact of innovation and discovery, on incumbent businesses.
