How many web-based businesses, VC firms, etc, would pack up and move to Canada / Europe / Elsewhere if SOPA passes?
I only ask because this is an internet destroying piece of legislation. This is a bigger deal than Bush winning a second term, I think, and that had people threatening to move North.
